
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Grace Church Mooresville located at 4172 E. Allison Rd., Camby, Indiana starting at 5pm in Room 237, with a visitation starting at 4 pm until service time.
Phyllis Joy Lotter, age 90, of LaPorte, Indiana passed away on July 12, 2016. Phyllis was born February 11, 1926 in Walkerton, Indiana to Glen and Mabel Anderson. She lived most all of her life in the LaPorte area.
She graduated from Walkerton High School in 1944. She worked at Allis Chalmers in the office, Galena School System, Montgomery Ward, as a Telephone Specialist, and at LaPorte K-Mart.
Phyllis Loved the Lord. She was a member of Galena Baptist Church and LaPorte Grace Baptist Church. She loved people and took her camera wherever family and friends gathered and always found good in a person.
On December 12, 1945 Phyllis married the love of her life, Lee G. Lotter in LaPorte. They were married for 57 years when Lee passed away on July 10, 2002. He went home to be with the Lord where he is waiting for her. She is also preceded in death by: her parents; her 2 sons, John L. Lotter, who passed away on July 16, 1984 and David G. Lotter, who passed away on January 12, 2000; and 3 brothers, Larry (Beth) Anderson, Dean (Shirley) Anderson and Gilbert (Joyce) Anderson.
Phyllis is survived by: her daughter, Carol (Bill) Losh of Mooresville, Indiana; her grandsons, Ryan Miller of Colorado and Bruce (Sara) Miller of Mooresville, Indiana; and 2 great- grandchildren in Mooresville, Indiana.
